I grew up on "The Jersey Shore" so I have that innate knowledge of the area that only 'locals' seem to have acquired. After serving in the USAF, which reinforced self-discipline, persistence and innovative thinking, I moved back home to the Jersey Shore.  I have 4 children which certainly gives me insight into what families are looking for in a home and a community. I've also spent over 20 years traveling around the world, buying, selling and leasing property.  This provides a unique perspective on relocation requirements, from both the sellers and buyers point of view.  I have lived in places as diverse as Cape May, Anchorage, Seoul, Houston, Cherry Hill, and Cambridge which provides a diversity of experiences that translates well in relation to buyers, sellers and investors from varying backgrounds.  I call Barnegat, NJ my home which was chosen as one of the Best Places to Live In New Jersey. Barnegat is a community of approximately 18,000 with top quality schools, a wide range of shopping, dining and recreational choices that only The Jersey Shore can provide.  Where else can you live where you can be in Manhattan or Philadelphia in a little over an hour or be on the beach in 5 minutes?!
